Yesterday  August Ames memorial.  As we all drove to the park, there was this incredible burst of color with this row of wild flowers on one side of the road. As I was leaving the memorial, I was trying to put my thoughts to words for a post about the day. Then I saw this. I could not have worded anything better than Kissa Sins did in her Instagram post, so I decided not to write my own post, but to share hers.

Kissa InstaKissa’s words are as beautiful as she is. I had been talking to Kissa on social media for a long time now, but yesterday was our first time meeting in person. When you look at the picture I chose to represent Kissa in my post, see the future in this little woman. She is smart, she is beautiful, she is kind, she is brave and she is real.
