10 Years, Countless Orders, and One Big Thank You
Ten years.
For an entire decade, my little corner of the internet—my Shopify store—has been home to my autographed books, The Life and The Life Back. Ten years of signing each copy by hand, carefully packaging them, and heading off to the post office with a smile.
It’s hard to put into words what this chapter has meant to me. Each order wasn’t just a sale; it was a connection—a moment where someone, somewhere, chose to bring my story into their world. I felt that gratitude with every trip to the post office, even when my arms were full of packages!
I truly enjoyed it all—the behind-the-scenes work, the rush of seeing orders come in, and the personal touch of sending my books directly to you.
But as with every good run, there comes a time to evolve. Running a store, managing inventory, updating systems, and ensuring everything on the back end runs smoothly has been rewarding —but also incredibly time-consuming. And as I continue to grow as an author and creator, I realize it’s time to shift my energy toward what’s next.
I can’t thank you enough for being a part of this journey. For every order you placed, every photo you shared of your books arriving, and every kind word you sent my way—I am forever grateful.
From now on, my books will be available on Amazon—a move that simplifies everything and allows me to focus on what matters most: writing Book #3. This next book will launch directly on Amazon, which also gives me the exciting opportunity to build out my Author Page there. It’s a new chapter in every sense—more time to create, less time managing shipping labels.
So yes, this is the end of an era—but also the end of the errands!
