I wanna have some fitness talks here on my blog and I am currently calculating the perfect way to share it .. I may write out my monthly routine from time to time or just share an update of what I am doing that week. Just to let you in the basics I have started with this break down for you to base all things about my fitness.
- My basic goal is 5 days a week to get in a good workout.
- I eat a pure paleo diet at home. I do occasionally have other things when I am out, like desert, maybe bread, but I limit that and choose as healthy of an option as possible.
- I try to get at least 7 hours of sleep a night.
These are pretty basic, but gives you an idea. Now, some weeks I throw in a spin class, a yoga class, I mix it up, but I do lift weights no less than 4 days a week. I go every other month light/ heavy weights. I am one of the lucky ones who likes the gym. I get it. I also have made it my adult play time, time where i can put my phone away, listen to whatever I want and just focus on my breathing and counting. So, here we go, talk #1 about fitness!
